My entire life and career has unfolded before me in direct alignment with my unwavering trust in the divine. I have come to understand the intuitive voice as my own guiding light. I am honored to extend a hand by offering tools and guidance to get you deeply connected to yours! When we have the proper tools, the right influences and a devoted practice, trusting ourselves is easy. I have over 15 years of conscious practice and navigating my world as a practitioner, entrepreneur and facilitator.
We are all born into this life with a unique soul path and guiding inner light to carry us upon it. In order to live in alignment with our soul we must cultivate deep presence daily with this light, our own guide. With much of the external world, familial and societal programming influencing our lives it can be challenging to trust the voice inside or to discern this voice from others. Following your path as a practitioner or teacher will ask you to trust the voice of your heart and live doubtlessly from this space. When you fully align with your guiding light your world will truly change. Regardless of what is unfolding for you at the moment it is your ability to sit and trust yourself beyond doubt that will guide you through. I am here to hold space for you on your journey in accessing your soul on the regular, diving deeper into the spaces that are calling for your attention and be a heart to hear you as you walk this brave path.

Practices will be intuited by me specifically for you. I will call upon my lifetime of spirit guided living and over 15 years of intentional practice. Practices may include meditations, introspections, journaling, real time awareness practice, asana, yoga nidra, intention setting, pranayama, relaxations, song, somatic affirmation and more.
S E S S I O N S
Sessions are based in both conversation and practice. We discuss and choose appropriate practices and studies for your life and work on them together. We will meet weekly with the development of your work and process together. It is recommended that we work together for several months as all transformation takes time and devotion. According to yogic philosophy, 40 days is the amount of time it takes to develop a new habit and really internalize the effects of a practice. Therefore, a minimum 6 week commitment is required. All sessions open with a check in and close with a processing conversation. Our practices are recorded for you to work with in the week between our sessions.
All sessions are 90 minutes and are held virtually. Exchange is sliding scales based on your investment ability.
Six Weeks (6 Sessions) $1500-$3000 / With text & voice note support $3000-$6000
Three Months (12 Sessions) $3000-$6000 / With text & voice note support $6000-$9000
